Classroom Management Plan

I have designed a preventative classroom management plan based on the CHAMPS framework. This plan focuses on establishing clear expectations, fostering intrinsic motivation, seeking out positive behavior, and building relationships with students and families.

Interactive Bulletin Boards

Throughout the course of my clinical practice, I created a series of bulletin boards that allowed the students to see themselves reflected in the classroom.

Behavior Buddies

I worked alongside my cooperating teacher to implement our "Behavior Buddies" classroom management system. In this system, I watch students and identify those who are displaying expected behaviors. The students get to hold the "Behavior Buddy" that they earn as positive reinforcement.
